How to Redeem Your Voucher

Redeeming your website can be done by following the few simple steps below:

Visit the Website: Go to https://voucher.linkingsim.com/. This will take you to the page where you will redeem your voucher.

Enter the Voucher Code: The page will show you a field where you will need to enter your voucher code, also called the pin code. You can find the 7-digit pin code at the back of the card. Simply scratch the card and enter the pin code in the field.

Add Contact Info: In the last step, you will need to add your phone number and email address. Please make sure that you add the dialing code, plus the phone number in this format: 7######### (total 10 digits). Make sure that the email address you send is correct so that we can send you our service package and instructions on how to use it.

Converting to the Data Pack: The email will include a voucher from your network operator. This will allow you to go to your Network Operator website and insert the voucher code to get cash credit into your SIM account to top-up your mobile balance and select the data plan that you want.

That is it! You are all set to connect with your loved ones even without an internet connection.

Why Does It Say That My Code Has Already Been Used?

If you get the message that your voucher code has already been used, please contact our customer service team for help. Make sure you include the correct email address when ordering your code, the code you bought, and the date and time you tried to redeem it.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Code?

As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive your code. Along with your code, you will also get an email or an SMS receipt with your code as well as step-by-step instructions on how to redeem it. For some people, your code will be sent to you as soon as you have paid.

Please note: Before calling the customer service for help, check your junk or spam folder to see if the code has landed there.

Please also confirm that you have bought the voucher code for the correct phone provider. We will be unable to accept a return or refund your card if it has already been scratched.
